  • Genießen Sie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in unserem Haus in South Haven, MI, nur 120 Autominuten von Chicago entfernt. Das Haus ist ein voll möbliertes 1-Jahres-Haus 1 Block entfernt von den schönen Stränden des Lake Michigan. Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer, einen offenen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich und ein großes, möbliertes Loft in Hufeisenform im 2. Stock (mit Tagesbett und Rollbett) mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsbereich. Das Haus bietet Platz für insgesamt 12 Personen.

    Es ist komplett mit einem modernen Bauernhaus eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett mit Edelstahlgeräten, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr usw. ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Massivholz-Esstisch für 10 Personen und einen kleineren Küchentisch für 6 Personen. Es gibt auch eine Kücheninsel für 4 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich 2 große Sofas und ein Kamin. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher über dem Kamin. Die persönliche Note in der Einrichtung und die thematischen Schlafzimmer geben Ihnen das Gefühl, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
    HAUSDETAILS: In der Küche befinden sich Schiebetüren, die zu einem Deck führen. Auf dem Deck steht Ihnen ein Gasgrill mit Gartenmöbeln zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine große Einfahrt zum Haus mit Platz zum Parken.

    Egal zu welcher Jahreszeit, es gibt immer etwas zu tun.

    DINGE ZU TUN --- SOMMER: Für Ihre Verwendung gibt es einen Ordner mit Broschüren von Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und es gibt auch lokale Telefonbücher mit Theatern, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In und um die Region finden normalerweise Festivals und Messen statt. Im Sommer genießen Sie das Schwimmen und Sonnen am Lake Michigan, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß auf einem privaten Weg zum Privatstrand, der nur von den Bewohnern der Region genutzt wird. Auf den Rasenflächen in der Nähe des Hauses können Sie einen Frisbee oder einen Ball werfen oder Rasenspiele wie Boccia, Sitzsäcke oder Hufeisen spielen. Our group of 14 had the best time at the Pavilion! The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and the outdoor area was outstanding! Pickleball, volleyball, chess, and of course, the pool was enjoyed by all. We were able to hang out together outside without being on top of each other. We loved having two sets of washers and dryers and multiple refrigerators. These extra amenities made everything so much easier for our large family. We definitely hope to return in the future.

This House was perfect for my family’s annual trip to South Haven. Our grandkids are between 1.5 yrs to 11 yrs ages and the backyard and basement kept them busy even though our weather was not the best. We rented golf carts and they provided us with transportation to beach and downtown. We were able to watch the World Cup from the tvs outside, even from the pool. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 washers and dryers. Upstairs and downstairs have large open spaces. We have been coming to Michigan for summer vacations for 10 years and this is the first house we want to come back to.

The home and location were all that we hoped them to be. The whole family enjoyed it and voted to return next year. We used all of the amenities on the property, enjoyed shopping in South Haven, and did daily visits to the nearby beach on Lake Michigan. Deanna responded quickly to our questions regarding a couple of things--very pleased with her personableness.

We’ve stayed here for 3 years in a row and plan on continuing to do so. Our kids love the pool and the loft space. The basement is a great hang out spot. Our only suggestion would be to add a rug on the main floor to help reduce the noise - but that may be a unique problem since our kids are so loud.

Amazing house.

The house was by far the most stocked VRBO we have ever rented. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and enough games to keep us occupied for days. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a rental, you will not be disappointed.

Family vacation

This was our family’s first time in South Haven, and it was a great experience. We had 16 people staying in the house (7 adults and 9 kids under 7) and this house had plenty of space. The backyard was great and it’s close enough to town and to the beach. The first street beach was nice, but the stairs to get down to the beach pretty steep. The house was well stocked, the owner was easy to get in touch with, and overall it was a great trip and we would definitely come back!

Family celebration of anniversary

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful week’s stay with perfect weather. The pool was amazing! The weather was warm enough we didn’t even use the pool heater. The house was very clean upon arrival. Lots of room and bathrooms to spread out. The oven knob was broken but that was the only problem we had. We want to stay here again! This is our 2nd time staying here. The property owners were great to work with.

The backyard is not what it looks like, the property is very expensive compared to what it offers. The walk to the beach is not short especially when carry arms full of stuff. Wonderful Spot for Family Getaway!

We loved our stay at this gem in South Haven! We had a BLAST taking advantage of all there was to do in the basement and backyard- volleyball, swimming, ping-pong, and much more. The main living/kitchen area is spacious and open, and we made good use of the kitchen to cook a delicious breakfast feast each morning. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes where we had it mostly to ourselves, and the drive into town was just a few minutes, also. There were so many cute, little shops and plenty of dining options, too. Our only complaint was that we had trouble getting some of the TVs and remotes to work. We would totally stay here again.

Nice house. I would recommend an area rug in the main living area to help with all the echoes. Guest bed mattresses very hard and the TV remote did not work in the 1st bedroom. Backyard very nice, hard to keep sand from volleyball court out of the pool.

Wonderful Family Vacation Getaway

We couldn’t have been more happy with the house we picked! The pictures are very accurate. The house is beautiful! It was like being at an ocean vacation home, without the crazy long drive. The pool and backyard oasis were wonderful! We had one beginning of the year issue with the pool, but it was resolved quickly. Deanna was wonderful to work with! If we had any problems she quickly responded to my messages through the Vrbo app and was super friendly. We are already looking at when we can bring our whole family back again. Thank you for the wonderful family vacation memories!!

Michigan Vacation

We enjoyed our family time together but the weather was a disappointment. Nothing the homeowner could do have that so we did spend more time then we intended at the house, Everything these was great! We never heard anything from the property manager so I couldn't give a 5 star rate but before communication was okay

Perfect rental for all!

Family vacation to celebrate our Parent's 50th wedding anniversary. First time in 10 years we have all been under the same roof for a full week! It was the perfect rental to accommodate everyone from age 4 to age 73. Everyone had their own space/room and bathroom and endless options for entertainment at the house the entire time. From the pool and all the different activities in the backyard to the basement fun, which we hardly used since it was so nice out. Plus walking distance to the beach which we enjoyed every single day. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family looking to make some memories. Owners were great and attended to our needs if there were any.

Fun house

House was great, kids and adults loved the chess board in back and games in the basement. I did feel like there were a lot of fees on top of the cleaning fee if things were not done. I understand cleaning up after yourself but additional fees on top of cleaning fee just seemed silly.

Perfect Spot for a Family Get Together!

We just completed a one week stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it! We were a group of thirteen with 7 adults five children (3,6,8,10 and 13) and a baby! The kids LOVED it! The pool was the focus, but they also spent a significant amount of time in the well equipped basement. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and the basement separation enabled the adults to enjoy time together while the kids watched movies or played games. A well stocked kitchen and a second refrigerator in the garage were definitely appreciated. The gas range and an excellent set of knives were a nice surprise for a group of foodies! The covered outdoor space with a television and an adjacent fire pit were also highlights. Great location that was easy to get to. We would definitely book here again!
