„We had a wonderful time here at Hidden Cove. The owner was great to work with, the home had a cabin feel, very clean, it has just about everything you would need to feel at home. The yard and views are absolutely beautiful. Our favorite part was the natural fireplace, which we used every night while unwinding from the day. We would definitely come back to stay! “

„We enjoyed our stay. Caught fish right off pier. Nice pier and lake views. Easy to find. Quiet. Lost power NO storm or wind for 7 hrs(not the owners fault)which made things a bit rough. And had a few issues with the water faucet(kitchen) just trickling, not sure why. Otherwise a nice stay. Great for 2 to 4 people max, in my opinion. “

„This cabin was exactly the privacy and lack of inernet/cell service we desperately needed. Spacious enough that we're debating bringing a group next time! Some of the old VHS tapes and equipment/anemities were like a step back in time. Quiet, charming, and within driving distance (30-40 miles) of many great hiking spots and food. Honestly can't wait to come back!“

„One of the better VRBOs I've stayed at. Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Nicely furnished, comfortable, very clean, nice amenities, etc. Best supplied kitchen i have seen, and plenty of towels. Can't say enough good things here. Only minor issue i had was the couch, it wasn't comfortable for me, but fine for the rest of the group. Not an issue since we weren't there sitting around much anyway.“

„This was the second time we stayed, the first being in 2019. Both times the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would ever need. The entire house was neat, clean, and organized. A wonderful place to stay with family or friends and visit the surrounding area and all it has to offer. With so much to see and do in the area it’s easy to be on the go, but plan to stay an extra day or two to just enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the estate. “

„We enjoyed sitting around the fire and viewing the beautiful woods that this property sat on. Our grandkids loved all the space to run around and explore. We could watch the deer meander through the woods while we drink our coffee through the kitchen windows. Very secluded and peaceful. The house was adequate for our stay.“

„Highly recommend staying here. Large fenced in yard to play in, too. Had everything we needed in kitchen. House itself is beautiful with panoramic windows. Beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Lake Superior and downtown. The only thing I would change is the locking system on the doors. The kitchen door locked on us 3 times without us turning anything. Thankfully we put the spare key outside to get back in. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay!“

„Absolutely beautiful area and close to miles and miles of trails. Two of our 3 cars could not make it up the road (too slippery) and no room for a snowmobile trailer, so had to be creative with transporting people & stuff the mile up to the house. “

We were in town for Book Across the Bay, which was unfortunately cancelled, but we had a fantastic weekend nonetheless cross-country skiing at Mt. Ashwabay. It was perfect size for two of us with separate bedrooms. Other family visited and felt the same way, that we were lucky to be staying there. "Renoviertes Motel direkt an der Marina. Es gibt am Strand Liegen und einen Feuerkorb. Viel zu bieten hat Washburn nicht. Wir haben es als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch des Aposte Island National Lakeshore genutzt. Wir können es empfehlen. "
