Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 42 m² flat with small sea views, 200m from the beach, for rent in Bénodet. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed (120cm), a TV and a dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, capsule coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- Stroller/bike room in the building
Exterior:
- An 8 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, casino, thalasso and cinema just 300m away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private carpark, numbered parking space (1 vehicle).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Quimper 17 km
