It measures 49 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with sofas, a TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine + Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A shower room with a shower and toilet.

Outdoors:
- A private 9 m² balcony with sea views, featuring a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10.00 to 20.00 from April to the end of September (heated only from late May to mid-September). Access is via a secure gate and is restricted to residents of the complex, who are provided with a wristband which you will find in the flat. Opening and closing dates are subject to weather conditions.

The flat is ideally situated in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
Just 50 metres away, you’ll find Trez Beach, perfect for enjoying water sports (all disciplines). You can also relax at the thalassotherapy centre or take a cruise on the Odet River towards the Glénan archipelago.
The surrounding area offers plenty of places to visit, particularly in southern Cornouaille, with must-see destinations such as Quimper, Concarneau and Pont-Aven.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s numbered parking space or in the nearby free public car park.

- A car is essential
