This charming 30 m² apartment in Bénodet, neabry from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and closet
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 10 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 30m² private, fully enclosed garden.
