They did a bait-and-switch with the rooms and did not get me the room that I had ordered and laid for. Instead I got a terrible room behind the stage if the wedding hall, which was clearly only for staff, Room C4. I have pictures of how much junk I had to walk through, including squeezing between scaffolding several times. The room had no TV or phone, and the bathroom smelled like mold. There were two rooms, one of which had no air conditioning. I demanded the kind of room that I ordered, and they said no, just wait till tomorrow and we will put you in another room. I had no choice and I was forced to screen because I was so tired as it was very late and I needed to work the next day. The new room was hot and stuffy because the air conditioning barely worked and left me hot and stuffy so I did not sleep well for two more nights. They forgot to give me towels the first morning, and for the entire stay Inhad to take cold showers because there was no hot water. I complained to the management and nothing was done but to give me a free meal one night, which was worth only $11! And also, there was a fly and a cockroach, and the seat of the chair in room 127 was badly stained and looked disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I demand my money back!!! Why does Expedia even list hotels like this?!?!?!
