BEDDING OPTIONS:
- 4 bedrooms to sleep 6 guests (2 x queen beds and 2 x single beds)

- A sofa bed can be set up in one of the living rooms for the 7th and 8th guest.

**If you would like the sofa bed/single air mattress set up for 6 or less guests, there will be an additional fee**

- A timber cot (incl. fitted sheet) is also available

OUTSIDE:
- The pool is a mineral pool, which feels smoother on your skin and can also enhance your health. It is heated from the beginning of the September school holidays to the end of the April school holidays, but can be accessed all year round.

- In the cooler months, you can enjoy the warmth from the large outdoor fireplace.

Our heritage house seamlessly blends classic charm with modern comforts, boasting heating and cooling throughout, ensuring year round comfort. Indulge in the luxury of beautiful linen and toiletries, unwind with a book and a bath after a day of exploration, or challenge each other to some friendly boardgames.

- Free wifi internet access. Netflix is available on the 55” TV.

- Full sized kitchen with all the appliances you need!
- Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar are provided, as well as oil, salt and pepper for cooking.

- The laundry has a washing machine, as well as ironing board and iron.
- There is an under cover clothesline under the verandah to enable clothes to dry all year round.

- Luxurious bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for your stay.
- There are also blankets in the cupboards if needed.
- Pool towels are provided during the pool season.

- Free street parking is available at the front of the property.

- The garage is not available to guests (Please do not park at the rear of the property unless you have got permission from us. We need full access in front of the garage doors).

The outdoor fireplace is there to be used on days that are not rated a total fire ban. One tin chest of wood will be supplied for your stay. Additional wood can be purchased from host.

Please admire our lovely indoor fireplaces, but do not use them. We have ducted air conditioning and heating instead for comfort all year round!
