This condo is perched on the top floor, so you don't have to worry about hearing any footsteps above you.



The Space:

Offering a sunny perch right in the heart of Bend, this modern condo is within walking distance of multiple shops, breweries and restaurants. Pioneer Park Unit 190/191, which we've nicknamed "Deschutes Your Shot," is a top-floor condo and the perfect spot to host your getaway. Up to four travelers can stay here comfortably and make memories that will last a lifetime.



Along with an unbeatable central location on the edge of downtown Bend, this condo comes fit for family comfort with features including two covered patios, a fireplace, private high speed WiFi and cozy furnishings that will leave you feeling right at home in no time.



The kitchen in this condo has all you could want to cook up some of your favorite meals. It is stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware as well as a fridge/freezer combo, range oven, microwave, coffee maker and a state of the art espresso machine.



The living room has a queen sleeper-sofa set up next to the gas fireplace so you can curl up in bed and enjoy the warmth and ambience while streaming a movie on the flat screen TV. One of two bathrooms has a tub/shower combo and plenty of counter space to unpack your toiletries.



After a full day of exploring Central Oregon, come back and relax on one of the two covered balconies. Outdoor chairs are set up so you can kick back and sip a cold beverage in the sun as you make some headway on that great book you brought with you.



The bedroom has a king bed and a second flat screen TV so if your group can't agree on what to watch, we've got you covered. A second bathroom is also right off the bedroom so nobody is having to wait on others to get their bathroom time.



The Pioneer Park Condominiums feature a laundry room, which also has indoor bike storage so you don't have to lug those bikes up to the third floor after each use. Don't hesitate to bring them, though, because there is no shortage of bike trails in Bend, including the Deschutes River Trail which runs along the backside of our property and leads right into the heart of downtown. Pioneer Park is also right next door and offers picnic tables and beautiful scenery for you to stretch your legs. If you happen to need anything during your stay, you will have friendly, on-site staff readily able to assist you from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, ensuring that you will have no problem making your stay here the best trip possible.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

"This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer."
