Summary:

This second floor condo sleeps four and has a great view of the Deschutes River and the dam, locally known as Steidl Falls. Here, you will have a full kitchen, a balcony, a fireplace, AC, and you’ll be a short walk to downtown Bend. There are two separate sleeping areas, each with a queen size bed, and two bathrooms. 2 pets are welcome for an additional fee! You'll also have access to the indoor pool and hot tub, on-site laundry room, and office staff from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM daily!

Looking for a place on the river near downtown Bend? You’ve found your home away from home. Welcome to Bend Riverside Unit 226/227, affectionately nicknamed “Steidl Hands.”



This second-floor condo sits right along the Deschutes River in one of Bend’s best locations. Whether you’re in town for a quick two-night escape or settling in for a longer stay, this spot makes it easy to relax and enjoy Central Oregon at your own pace.



Inside, the condo offers one private bedroom with a queen bed, plus a queen Murphy bed in the living area, along with two full bathrooms, plenty of space to spread out and stay comfortable. The full kitchen has everything you need for simple meals, snacks between adventures, or a laid-back dinner in.



Step out onto the balcony and take in the river views, sip your morning coffee, or wind down after a day of exploring. Downtown Bend is just a short walk away via the river trail, making it easy to check out breweries, restaurants, shops, and live music without needing to drive.



Guests enjoy access to the onsite pool and hot tub, and shared laundry facilities. This unit is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring the whole gang including your furry friends for a one-time pet fee of $69. See you soon!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes for the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
