Check in went fine. Friendly staff. Got to our building and the stairs leading up to the room are threadbare, the carpet outside is very old & outside of our room 114, it definitely had some water damage, carpet is brown & gross. Card lock entry. Rooms are spacious. We were over looking the outdoor pool, i.e.duck pond. There is an indoor pool also. Went to put things away in the fridge and it was moldy and had an old ice cream box in the freezer. The fridge was warm, so we couldn't put our food away. Had to call the front desk to find out where the ice machine was, there are a few scattered through out the buildings, not one of them worked. Called the front desk again. They sent someone to Fred Meyers to get ice and brought us about 3 cups of ice, not nearly enough to put in a cooler for our food. It took about 15 minutes of running the water full blast in both sinks to get luke warm water. The last day we were there we couldn't get hot water in the shower at all. We had a dog with us, there were no poop bags at the dog stations, all were empty. This is minor,but the lighting in the room was awful. The lamp had a layer of grime on it I couldn't scape off. The beds were comfy & I chose to believe clean. Told the front desk about the mold in the fridge, someone was suppose to come and clean it, they didn't. We ended up cleaning it, and it finally got cold after the second day. We had baseball tournaments all weekend & had to time or energy to keep going to the desk.
