For a B&B, the individualized customer service was lacking.
The breakfast was fine but not as good as other B&Bs I've stayed at in Oregon, in this same price range. Also there was no opportunity to provide input on dietary restrictions or preferences for the morning meal.
Usually there will be information in the room about amenities such as an ice maker, guest refrigerator or the very pretty patio--I found those myself.
Also this property is in a very walkable area with a large number of nearby restaurants and stores, and there was no information about any of them. Also the visitor magazines in the room were more than a year old.
Finally, there was an issue with my credit card which I had had to replace very recently due to Identity theft, and the unpaid bill was presented to me in front of the two other guests that I was eating breakfast with, which was irritating.
