Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The dumpsters outside of the units are for commercial ground-floor tenants only. There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests.
- The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use.
- The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.
- This unit is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that all 3rd-floor units have 4 flights of stairs to access the main front door. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant.
- Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for your convenience.
- Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage. Each reservation comes with one garage space and one driveway space.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The location of the property is very peaceful and quiet! I would highly recommend this place for a couple’s get away or a place to crash for the night. The Hot Tub was really nice and relaxing, the residence was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and huge! It was a great experience and I may visit again in the future for the peace and tranquility alone. Definitely will be telling friends and family about it as well.

Excellent property! Comfortable beds, great hot tub and everything you need in the kitchen. Also, so nice to have a garage with space to hang bikes and lock up additional storage. Right next to very good mountain biking/hiking, walkable to the restaurants and market in Northwest Crossing. And a short drive from everything that Bend has to offer. Great value and so comfortable! Highly recommend. Would also be lovely in the snowy winter!

Fantastic location bordering open space. This third story unit had great views of Mt. Bachelor. It was just a couple minute drive to downtown NW Crossing area (where the original Sparrow is) and right next to a developing commercial area (looks like another Sparrow going in there).

Will stay here every time we visit!

We have stayed in many rental properties in Bend and this is by far the nicest one we've been in. It was immaculately clean, which was so wonderful because we had our 14 month with us and we felt totally comfortable letting her crawl around. Everything was comfortable - from the bar stools to the patio furniture, the couch and the beds. We were nervous about potential construction noise, as it is an area under development, but the neighborhood was SO quiet and so safe!The walk to the park and stretch of shops and restaurants is about 17 minutes - the perfect distance. The only things to note (I would appreciate knowing this if I were to stay here again) is that this unit is up 4 flights of stairs, so be prepared when carrying your stuff up. The heating/AC system is also really confusing to work and oftentimes didn't respond to the settings we put it at - it made the nighttimes a bit too hot. I also wish kitchen was stocked with a few more items, such as Ziploc bags, chip clips, etc. - items that make it feel a bit more "home away from home."All in all, we will absolutely stay here again!

Comfy beds and great views -- will be back for sure!

The property is new, well decorated, and well appointed. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the location provides easy access to great restaurants and things to do. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing girls weekend. Check in was seamless and the garage parking was an unexpected perk. The view off the deck brought gorgeous sunsets and thunderstorms. The hot tub was incredible and makes the price well worthwhile. The only issue with the hot tub is that it did not maintain it's temperature with extended use. When we sat in it for an hour or so, the temperature would drop from a comfy 103 to closer to 100, eventually forcing us to get out and come back later. Once the cover was back on it seemed to re-heat just fine, but we couldn't figure out how to keep it hot. Additionally the cleanliness was good, but not great. Seems the cleaning company wasn't as on top of details as I like. We found a couple of stray hairs in the bathroom (always a no-go), and the fridge had a pool of water in one of the drawers. Other than that everything else felt new and clean. The other thing to note is that this unit is located in an area of new development, with a ton of construction. We didn't find there to be any issues with noise, but I walked around the area and it was basically one giant construction zone. The immediate adjacent buildings are all completed, but many of them are still vacant, so this isn't exactly a bustling destination just yet. I'm sure it will be in the coming months.

Very recently built so all was new and the facility was very nice. The only challenge was taking all the luggage up/down two flights of "very narrow" stairs. Great quiet location close to down town and local shops. Super clean, brand new and hot tube is a huge plus. Easy drive to Mt Bachelor. Stayed twice and will be back to this location for each trip.

Excellent property and stay!The unit was spotless upon arrival. Hot tub was already on and heated up. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Very scenic in terms of the Oregon terrain. There was a really nice trail that was walking distance from the unit.Would def come back to bike it. The property also includes a garage which was very nice for unloading our gear. There was also a locker for us to store our snowboards in, but bring your own lock.Some improvements I would suggest: - we took our dog for a walk and our unit code randomly reset and we could not access our unit. We called the after our support and waited about five minutes for the field operations to call us back to provide us with a master code to get into the unit. We ended missing out on our dinner reservations, but was happy that we had support within 15 to 20 minutes.- the address to the unit may not be in Google Maps yet and we initially were directed to a different house in the same neighborhood due to Google auto correcting the address. - Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best- The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not seem to work very wellOverall I would give the property & management, 4.7Of 5 stars only because we got locked out for a moment.

The space was extremely clean, quiet neighborhood, great hot tub. The team was super responsive to any need we had. Great views and lots of walking trails. Great outdoor fire circle in the front of the building. Close to downtown Bend. Made having and extended due to working out of town enjoyable.

Great new penthouse with views

Awesome, modern penthouse unit in a brand-new building. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few small "new building" items like a back door lock that had issues, and limited kitchen supplies for meal prep. Also, it's the third floor, so some may not like the stairs. But, overall, a great place to stay in Discovery West.
