„We really enjoy coming to The Bay and this year was no exception until New Year’s Eve when Fireworks were going off near our cottage! Our dog is absolutely terrified of them and was unfortunately left very distressed! We pay a lot of money each year to go to The Bay as it is a firework free place so we would definitely think twice before booking in future! Which is a massive shame.“

„Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online.“

„We arrived in the evening and found our beautiful abode waiting. We was impressed straight away with the layout and everything. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get uo and the lounge was as it says city and relaxing. We was 5 mins walk down to beach and our pooch loved it. The pool and sauna was really pleasing after facing the cold out on the wintry mornings. A great find. Thankyou.“
