Cosy Nook - Flat 2 - Self-contained, well equipped holiday unit

This unit has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined to form one king bed, by request. The 2nd bedroom contains three single beds. Bottom sheet/s and pillows are provided. Doonah/s and towels can be supplied by request for a small extra charge.

The unit has an open plan living space with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and lounge, where you will find all your basic needs, including a chest freezer for your catch of the day.

This unit has a step-free entrance, along with a walk-in shower.

One of 7 units at 93 Sydenham Parade and 2 cottages at 19 & 19A Wattle Street, Cosy Nook can accommodate you, your family, friends and clubs in well appointed and very comfortable surroundings. Both sites have ample free parking, and BBQ facilities. Cosy Nook Holiday Accommodation also offers a spacious BBQ, entertainment and presentation area, which is also available to guests staying at the cottages.

Both sites are great jumping off points for fishing, sightseeing, bush walking and local tourist hotspots. Accommodation for itinerant workers is also available.

Guest access

Guests have access to an outdoor clothesline, extra shared toilets, free WiFi (Network ID & password listed on your fridge), a covered carport, extra parking for cars, boats & trailers on the lawns near the filleting table, shared with other guests.

The large BBQ area with presentation facilities, large screen TV, free WiFi (Network ID & password on the fridge) and seating for approx. 40 guests with a full kitchen, BBQ's of all sorts, including: a Global Warmer pizza oven/smoker, hooded BBQ, kettle BBQ, flat top BBQ's and charcoal burners. Saturday nights are quite often pizza nights, call if you wish to participate.

A well equipped Guest Laundry with a coin operated washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, laundry trough and clothes basket, along with clothes airers. There is also a large chest freezer in the laundry with bagged ice that works on an honesty system. Your catch of the day can be stored here as well, be sure to label and package it appropriately.

A Games Room is available to all guests, equipment includes: a pool table, with billiards, snooker and kelly pool. A table tennis table, hookey board, kiddies toys, guest PC, books, magazines, DVD's, a large screen TV, stereo system and comfortable couches and chairs. Netflix and Kayo Sports can be viewed in both the BBQ area and Games Room.
