„We loved the house very clean and nicely decorated But a few things were missing for a family More plastic glasses ( for kids) More coffee and tea mugs , where the coffee maker is in the kitchen the cabinet above that should be the place for the mugs easy access to coffee maker , more bowls and platers for serving also no scissors and the toaster needs to be a four slice. „This was the perfect little house for us. It had everything we needed. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and relaxing in the creek was amazing and peaceful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and Schoepfs BBQ where we went for live music. Would definitely recommend!!!“

"The facility was nice. Everything else was disappointing. In these high temperatures, not having a refrigerator is embarrassing. Every other hotel I've stayed in has had a refrigerator. A microwave would also be nice. Breakfast is not offered. Coffee in the lobby is ridiculous because it's a long walk away. The pool is also far from the room. And last but not least, I was woken up by a leaf blower right outside my room door at 7a.m.. That's very disrespectful to the guest. Lots of insects were walking on the floor. I'm glad I canceled a second night for later in time. There really needs to be better service here. Salado itself is a small, beautiful, tranquil place."
