Cozy 2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 6, in a gated beach resort on Lake Winnisquam

When arriving at the cottage you will be greeted by a Canon at the end of the driveway with parking space for 4 cars, and room for a trailered boat. You'll notice the cottage name "Hemingway" written on a boat life ring hanging from the privacy fence in front. (Inside the cottage are photos and books by and about Hemingway.)
Upon entering the fenced-in property you will walk into a lovely stone patio area with gazebo, complete with overhead fan, gas barbecue grill, and a fire pit beside it. The view out the back is of expansive nature leading up to the beautiful forested Emerson Hill.
Less than a minutes walk from Hemingway, there is a large beautiful, sandy, beach and a boat launch ramp with service dock beside it. The large swimming area is roped for safety and includes a swim float. The resort has a playground, a half basketball court, lower and upper bath houses, a gazebo by the beach, etc. and features a great variety of wildlife nearby such as an osprey nest visible from Hemingway's front yard. (FYI, the roads in the resort are posted at 5 mph so there is very little disruption from traffic.)
