„friendly welcome at the front desk. Outside the hotel everything looked renovated unlike inside. Our room (117) was spacious. We both didn't like the soft (to old?) mattress but our biggest issue was the high humitity in our room. We thought we could lower it with the AC but didn't work. To tired to complain at the desk and maybe get another room.“

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved the quiet area and that it was not in town but close enough to Brenham for convenience. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, cooking utensils, basic pantry items. The fosge is small though, so if you want to cook you may need to grocery shop frequently.
