Elm, and Floyd. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area flows

naturally for groups traveling together. Two bedrooms with king beds plus a

room with two twin beds and a futon style daybed, makes this ideal for

families, friend groups, or multi-family travel. A dedicated game and reading

room with a mini arcade, wall-mounted Scrabble and Connect Four, plus a Sonos

speaker system means the party doesn't have to stop between matches.



The outdoor dining space, gas range kitchen, and four parking spaces (two in

garage) make logistics simple for groups arriving from the airport or road-

tripping between game days. Bellingham International Airport is five minutes

* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.







* **Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons. Extra Guests: **__ If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
