„The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat).“

Größtes Problem für uns aber: die Dusche.an Regentagen gab es gar kein warmes Wasser (Solarthermie), an sonnigen Tagen schwankte das Wasser zwischen kochend heiß und eiskalt. „Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet agriturismo. Le lieu était tout simplement magnifique et très reposant. Les points forts : La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec de superbes saveurs. Les points à améliorer : C'est bien dommage qu'ils ne proposent pas de repas du soir sur place pour profiter davantage des produits du terroir. Le bar ouvre un peu tard dans la journée. „Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und von dort kann man leicht zur Fähre etc. gelangen. Die Zimmer waren süß, leider etwas hellhörig und hell, aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Frühstück ist zum ankreuzen und war in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir für eine Pauschale auch direkt im Hof. Wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt am Lago di Como nochmal wählen. :)“

We booked a studio but were given a standard room with a bed and a sofa squeezed into the corner, right next to reception. The bathroom was the worst of it. There was mould, the shower flooded the entire floor, and the toilet flush was broken. To their credit, the staff responded immediately and fixed what they could. Their promptness can't be faulted. But no amount of good service ...
