Welcome to your Bella Vista Trailside Retreat—a family-friendly home with easy access to the area’s incredible mountain biking trails and plenty of space to relax at home. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines a fun mid-century modern style with the everyday comforts that make it easy to settle in, whether you’re here to explore the Ozarks, spend time with family, or simply enjoy a slower pace.

Mountain biking trails are located just minutes from the property, connecting to Bella Vista’s larger trail network, making it easy to get out and explore some of the area’s best riding. When you’re ready to wind down, come home to a spacious fenced backyard with room for kids to run, a picnic table for outdoor meals, a grill, and a fire pit with seating for relaxing under the stars. The fenced yard is also great for four-legged family members.

Inside, the open living spaces are comfortable and inviting, with a spacious kitchen featuring a fun mid-century modern aesthetic. The dedicated coffee bar makes mornings easy, while the living area gives everyone a place to relax after a day of exploring.

Families will find plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the home, including children’s books, board games, puzzles, a pack ’n play, and an arcade game. The fenced backyard is especially great for families, giving kids room to play while everyone enjoys time outside.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private fenced backyard and driveway. Self-check-in via secure keypad entry makes arrival simple and convenient.

Set in a quiet Bella Vista neighborhood, the home puts you close to the extensive trail systems while keeping you surrounded by the peaceful, wooded character that makes Bella Vista special. Spend the day riding or exploring Northwest Arkansas, then come home to grill, let the kids play in the backyard, or gather around the fire pit.

Bella Vista’s lakes, golf courses, restaurants, and outdoor attractions are all within easy reach, while Bentonville is just a short drive away for additional dining, shopping, museums, events, and entertainment. The convenient location makes it easy to enjoy everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer while having a comfortable place to come home to.

Parking is available in the private driveway. Major routes provide convenient access throughout the region, and Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is only 30 minutes away.

Up to two pets are welcome with prior approval.

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Please let us know if you need a late check-out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are allowed with prior approval. Up to two pets. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with the cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.
