Getting Around:

Navigating Bella Vista and its surroundings is easy from 30 Lunsford Drive. The Razorback Regional Greenway and local biking/hiking trails are minutes away, so you can explore the Ozarks on two wheels or on foot. Downtown Bentonville is a short drive for dining, shopping and culture. We recommend arriving by car or rideshare; there is one designated parking spot at the property (no street parking).



Other Things to Note:

Bella Vista is beautiful year‑round, from vibrant fall colors to festive winter scenes. Make our townhouse your base for bike races, art tours and holiday gatherings. You’ll be close to Crystal Bridges Museum, Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail and great local restaurants like Tusk & Trotter, Top China and Las Fajitas.



Please note: this is a smoke‑free home (smoking permitted outside only). We do not allow parties, events or pets (service animals excepted). All guests must be registered, and quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM. The primary renter must be 18 years or older. Please treat our home with respect; additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.



Supplies: We stock a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry soap, and coffee, to get you through the first couple of days. For longer stays, please plan to pick up extra supplies as needed.
