„My husband and I rented the whole property to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends. Staff was amazing, attentive and eager to help. As other reviews stated, it does get noisy from 9-12pm with the two bars/restaurants next door. We came prepared with earplugs Location cannot be beat. So easy to stroll around town, meet the locals and relax all at once. “

Now all the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made a huge difference—everyone slept comfortably even in the summer heat. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. „Absolutely a beautiful property and AS ADVERTISED! The location is key- close enough to many great restaurants and bars but far enough for the seclusion we desired for our honeymoon. We used it all: kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and all were in good working order. This house really was everything you need in Placencia. Kitchen is fully equipped.
