The groundskeeper/property manager, Phillipe, picked us up from the airport and stopped at the local supermarket for us to buy some snacks and groceries for our stay. He was so helpful. He made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing experience. The property was beautiful and we were fortunate to meet the owners Michelle and Scott. „We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. „The home was comfortable and spacious. The location would have been great if it were not for the smell of rotten eggs that permeated the 2nd bedroom and the outdoors. We understood that it was because of the marsh on both sides and decomposing seagrass but it made the outside unusable and the stay in the second bedroom miserable. We are not sure if it is a seasonal occurrence or an all the time thing.“
