The water is instantly heated with a gas combi boiler to the apartment. I have fitted out the apartment to cater for business people or those on vacation coming to Belfast with high speed WIFI and a modern 55 inch+ smart TV. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed and mattress with high quality linens and clean done by a professional cleaning company to hotel standard. Guests can access the apartment by a main entrance door with one flight of stairs to the first floor. I am available to assist and communicate with guests throughout your stay via the app. Please communicate during normal working hours unless there is an emergency . There is a bus stop directly opposite the building entrance on the other side of the road of Castlereagh street that takes you directly into the city centre in 5-10 mins. There is also the option of the Glider bus on Albertbridge road at the other side of the building 30 metres away. Car parking - there are normally ample lay by parking spots on Castlereagh street and across the road at ‘The Mount ‘ a residential area.
