„My stay was horrible. I complained about the bed not comfortable keep moving while sleeping. And the photo to be covered as it was not making my sleep. Nothing was done or attended. Towels were not in the room. Breakfast made milk was sour or made me to have stomach problems. Shower gel not replaced. It was not a good experience to be in that hotel, i fell i need a refund for such experience. No phones in the room need to go all the way down to complain or say your need. Air-conditioned not ...

„The property was lovely, but unfortunately no one was there to greet us and we also did not have the gate number. This caused a lot of stress as we could not gain access. Thankfully a neighbor was in and was able to get in touch with someone.“
