The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"

"Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum der Palastanlagen. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich freundlich und es ist immer eine kompetente Person am Frontdesk.. Wir hatten tägliche Reinigung unseres Zimmers. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finden wir sehr gut. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr."

"Das Hotel war in in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer und hatte ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche, ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch, Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Zudem gab es eine Ecke in der ich meine 2 Koffer abstellen konnte. Das Zimmer wurde jedentag ordentlich gereinigt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich umd konnte gutes englisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht groß hatte aber ausreichend Auswahl. Es gab Weißbrot, Marmelade, Salad, Obst und diverse warme Speisen wie Rührei, Speck, koreanische Suppe, Reis usw. Da das Hotel an einer recht befahrenen Straße liegt, hat man abends gerne mal Autos oder Passanten von drr Straße gehört. Alles im allen kann ich das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen."
