The location is near some of the finest eats the Crystal Coast has to offer and only a short drive from Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and more!

Amenities: The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience in streaming and browsing. There are 2 Smart TVs included with your rental.

Community Amenities: Dock access, gameroom, outdoor pool, fitness center access, and basketball courts!

Please Note: Boat parking is not allowed in Beau Coast. Guest will need to store their boats and trailer at Beaufort Docks, the the closest dock/access to Beau Coast. You can also use the wildlife ramp located at Lennoxville Road.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, a Keurig, garbage disposal, oven, refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, and toaster oven.

NOTE: The garage is not available.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
