One of Beaufort Breeze`s best-kept perks is access to a small boat ramp private to the neighborhood — your own launch point for getting out on the water. It`s ideal for small watercraft: jet skis, kayaks, and small boats. Bring your own or rent for the day, and you`ve got a quiet, convenient way onto Beaufort`s waterways without hauling to a crowded public ramp.

Please note: the ramp is small and tide dependent, best suited to small watercraft only. Check the tide before you launch — and plan your return around it.

Downtown Beaufort`s Front Street is one of the most beloved stretches on the North Carolina coast: waterfront dining, local shops and galleries, the NC Maritime Museum, and the ferry to Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout, where the wild horses roam. Morehead City`s working waterfront is a short drive west, Atlantic Beach and the Crystal Coast`s beaches are close, and the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is an easy trip. Beaufort Breeze puts all of it within reach — and gives you a calm, quiet place to return to when the day is done.

THE HOT TUB
Private hot tub available for guest use. Please shower before use, no glass in or around the tub, and supervise children at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk.

THE BACKYARD
The backyard is expansive but not fully fenced. Please supervise young children and pets accordingly.

THE GRILL
An electric grill is on the back deck for guest use — please clean after use so it`s ready for the next guests.

NEIGHBORHOOD BOAT RAMP
A small boat ramp private to the neighborhood is available for guest use, suitable for small watercraft only — jet skis, kayaks, and small boats. The ramp is tide dependent; please check tide conditions before launching and returning. Use at your own risk and follow all local waterway and safety regulations.

COFFEE BAR
Both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig are provided, along with coffee and K-pods for your stay.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

STOCKED & READY
