„We love staying at the Sandlot! This was our 3rd year renting this cottage and we have already booked it again for summer of 2026! We are a family of 8 adults and 7 grandchildren- the layout of the rooms/ bedrooms is perfect for us. The close proximity to the gorgeous beach is a plus, along with the fenced in pool. We highly recommend this cottage to rent! “

„Place was very convenient to the beach and Atlantic Beach restaurants. Small but had everything I needed! Kitchen was well stocked for a couple or small family. It’s a little weird not having a bathroom sink, but the kitchen sink is directly outside the bathroom door and there is a mirror behind the sink so it didn’t feel too odd, and the full size shower was nice. „The entire family loved the house, the location and of course the beach. A perfect vacation that will probably be repeated.“

„Check-in was seamless. I had one question which was answered quickly. The large deck and walkway to the beach were great ! Plenty of pots and pans. Even in July, beach was not crowded. Only issues were dishwashers not cleaning well, which I will make owners aware of. The master suites are wonderful with lots of windows, great beach view, king bed, and sitting area! The Queen rooms are very small with no view.“

Beach was wonderful! Not crowded at all; kids loved every minute of it. We’ve been to lots of beaches along the East coast and Emerald Isle is a favorite.
