Finde Bear Mountain Hotels

„What a great cabin. Super close to everything, comfortably appointed, and easy to check in & out. “

„good“

„Big Bear Lake was a great getaway for our much needed family vacation. Our cabin was very cozy and charming. We had all the amenities we needed. Great location. Close to the Lake, hiking, shopping, & dining. “

„we loved it!“

„There was a mouse in the cabin, we called for support ,maintenance was sent and placed glue traps behind the stove. Not the experience I was expecting for my husband’s birthday weekend. we actually only slept at cabin one night instead of two that were paid off due to this inconvenience.“

„It was really cold, the rooms were very cold and it was hard to keep it warm“

„Our house wasn’t cleaned before 4pm and the hot tub was not working. We were moved to another property without all the amenities and facilities we paid for. The linens smelled of perfume and not cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels and had to wash after one shower. When I called cool cabins and asked for a refund they didn’t want to communicate with me. They refused to refund me any amount of money. “

„The furniture was very dusty including tv console and plants everything was as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Very cracking screeching floors and old stained carpets. Unfortunately it was very dated all the furniture was run down. Couches were uncomfortable and old. Bed was uneven and just overall very poorly kept.“
