„Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.“

„We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!“

„Staff is not really friendly and breakfast is pretty boring, every day exactly the same stuff plastic/paper cups, plates etc. for an European pretty low budget and a lot of waste“

„Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Alles tip top! Sauberkeit, Service, Internet und Zimmereinrichtung!“

„While the hotel was mostly clean and well maintained, a few things did fall by the wayside... Almost none of the ice machines were working. The bar area, which opened up after 4pm was usually under staffed and not responsive... The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not always. Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price.“

„Sauberes, gut gepflegtes Hotel.

„Gratis Parplatz. Hotel 10 Minuten Fußweg von Carowinds Park entfernt. Gutes Frühstück Buffet.“

„Great staff! Great breakfast. Very clean and nice. They also have a score of 100!!“

„We’re told truck didn’t come in so very limited to no breakfast for first two days. Had to eat elsewhere“

„Very convenient nice and clean hotel.“

„modern und stylish, gerne wieder, parken kostet 10,- “

„gut“
