„The location is great! We used to live in Jax and this is close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Parking was easy and close. Be aware that you’re on the back property (that wasn’t clearly disclosed to us). It is very small. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids between the ages of 5-11 and it was very tight. There is a beach cart, cooler and chairs but you will need to bring other items like an umbrella, boogie boards, buckets and shovels if you have kids. The kitchen was bare minimum- oil ...
