Property Access

We strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD or AWD vehicle, as the driveway is very steep.

From Hudson Bay Road, take a sharp left and drive slowly down the shared driveway. Depending on your vehicle size, it may be easier to pass the driveway first, turn around, and then drive straight down instead of making the tight turn.

At the bottom, take a sharp right to park facing the house. Space is available for two vehicles parked tandem. Additional parking can be found along Hudson Bay Road—please use extra caution when walking, as the slope is steep.

The front door is up a few steps on the small porch. Your unique keypad code will be provided before check-in. If you experience any access issues, contact your hosts directly.

Dock Access

From the back deck, a staircase leads approximately XX steps down to the dock and boat slip. Please take your time, hold the handrail, and avoid running or rough play to ensure safety on the stairs and near the water.

The main level features comfy seating, a Smart TV, and lake views. The downstairs lounge offers another Smart TV and direct access to the lower deck and hot tub.

• Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials — cookware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and more. Enjoy meals at the dining table or breakfast bar.
Sleeping Arrangements


• Main Level: Queen bed with easy access to full bath.


• Downstairs: Two twin bunk beds near the living room and bath.


• Loft: Queen bed, twin bunk, desk, sitting area with lake view, and nearby bath.


• Pack ’n Play available on request.


• Bathrooms
Three full baths, one on each floor (upstairs tub only, main level with divided shower/toilet space, downstairs with shower). All include towels and toiletries.

• Outdoor Living
Two decks showcase incredible lake and forest views. The lower deck features a private hot tub and connects to the dock via a long staircase—approximately 28 steps to the water.

• Please use caution: The stairs are steep, and running or rough play is strictly prohibited for safety.

• Enjoy the propane firepit under the stars (first tank provided) or explore the lake with provided kayaks and paddleboards.

• Essentials & Comfort
Free Wi‑Fi, washer/dryer with detergent, heating and portable A/C, ceiling and tower fans, keyless entry, and chemical‑free cleaning.
Parking & Access

**Driveway is very steep. Take a sharp left off Hudson Bay Road and drive slowly down the shared driveway. At the bottom, turn sharply right to park in the two‑vehicle space (tandem style). Additional vehicles may park on Hudson Bay Road. Entry is up a few steps via a keyless front door.**

Lakeside living across from Farragut State Park means endless hiking, biking, and boating. Walk to local restaurants and marinas, or drive 30 minutes to Coeur d’Alene and nearby Silverwood Theme Park.

• House Rules
No pets, smoking, parties, or large gatherings. Use caution on steep areas and stairs. Primary guest must be 18+.
