    Each unit contains two bedrooms, one room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds, one bathroom with a bath and shower, The full size kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freeze, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and much more, The lounge/dinning area has a dinning table that seat four and a breakfast counter that seats two, A large sofa and a love seat and with WiFi internet TV.

Charlie's place is just paradise. The location cannot be beat. The unit and grounds were impeccably clean and well stocked. Charlie makes life so easy by arranging airport transportation, having rental cars on site as well as a boat to rent. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are also available free of charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place. We will definitely be back.

Wow! What a great place! From the check in, to the spotless accommodation, the well stocked kitchen, the fresh baked Jonny Cake, the rental car and the access to the kayaks, everything was superb! But the setting is way more amazing than the pictures! Just stunning! Charlie takes such amazing care of the property and it was so fun to be there! We saw lots of turtles and sharks and rays right off the dock! So much fun! Highly recommend staying here!

Spectacular place and wonderful host. There’s also the cutest puppy who lives on the property, she’s the kindest, quietest, and most gentle dog ever. The waters are pristine, right at the edge of the yard, and the sandbars are so close you can almost touch them. Nights are quiet and surreal, the sound of the water gently cuddles you as you fall asleep. We also witnessed one of the most incredible full moons imaginable. An unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back.

This villa exceeded every expectation! The view is absolutely spectacular, and the location near Moriah Harbour Cay National Park was perfect for exploring the island. The crystal-clear water right off the back porch felt like having our own private paradise.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, and all of the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home.One of the best parts of our stay was the convenience offered by the owner. We were able to rent a boat directly from the owner, and vehicles were available for rent from the owner as well. Having access to kayaks and a paddle board was also a huge bonus and allowed us to enjoy the water every day.Booking was simple, communication was excellent from start to finish, and every detail was handled professionally. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 7th time staying at Bay View and we enjoyed it as much as the other times. The house is clean, well equipped, and the views can’t be beat! Having explored Exuma on three previous occasions, we can confidently say this rental was a standout – truly the best we've ever encountered. Charlie's dedication to maintaining an immaculate property is evident everywhere you look, both inside and out. The villa is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is nothing short of spectacular, offering truly beautiful and captivating views. We loved the convenience of on-site car and boat rentals, and spending our days with access to kayaks, a gorgeous waterfront patio, and our own beach was pure bliss. Whether you're a solo traveler or planning a family getaway, we can't recommend Bay View Villa highly enough. It's a truly special place!

2nd Honeymoon

Amazing!!The owner was so accommodating and friendly. We didn’t need for anything.The property was exactly what we were hoping for! It’s been 26 years since our first honeymoon (a cruise to Nassau), and this by far exceeded that trip. If you are searching for private seclusion to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean, this is the place to be. However, with boat and car rental, you have access to more of the action on the island. I can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Charlie is the most helpful and kind host. Everything was super clean!! This is very important to me and it was better than expected. The patio is perfect and the kayaking was a blast and so easy. Also, our driver to and from the airport Douglas was extremely helpful as well.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The seclusion and quiet are just what we needed. I have never seen a more beautiful view of turquoise water. It was stunning. Charlie was a great host. The home was very clean. We rented both a car and a boat from Charlie which was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay again! A few tips: when you arrive, there is no water. You must either rent a car or call a taxi to go to the store to get some. Bring cash, a lot of it. Cars, boats, many restaurants only take cash. Bring bug spray. The no-see-ums are mighty.

Bay View Villa was an absolute hidden gem of a property that we were so lucky to have found. The villa itself is well maintained, tidy, and had everything we needed to live and cook there for the week. We rented a car and boat from the property owner, and just like the home, they were in immaculate condition and his pride of ownership shone through. The location and grounds exceeded all expectations. The location felt like our own private oasis away from any hustle and bustle, yet was still a quick 15 minutes from Georgetown for food and activities. Some of our favorite snorkeling was right there off the dock where a family of Royal Gramma Basslets lived alongside plenty of snapper and grunts. Come high tide, juvenile turtles could be swam alongside in the protected cove. At low tide, it was an easy kayak across the channel to explore the sandbar and mangrove islands. We spotted young lemon sharks, rays, starfish and much more on these adventures.The host, Charlie, was also amazing to work with. He was gracious and always looking out for us. I thought it was great to have a property owner that lived adjacent to the property instead of an absentee owner. He really cares for his guests and property and it was comforting to know someone was there should an issue arise (which it didn't!).

Best Property in Exuma

My husband and I have been traveling to Great Exuma for 20 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The property is in a perfect and gorgeous location. Charlie Rolle takes excellent care of the villas and the entire property. We could not have asked for a better view and accommodations. The Villa is spic and span-very clean. All of the kitchen and bath necessities were provided. Charlie is a friendly, kind, and responsive host. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. We will be coming back, as we have found our new home in Exuma - thank you and blessings to you Charlie!
