Sitting on the deck in the evening and the hosts suggestion to spend a few hours at Sunset Beach using their beach chairs were the highlights. Also a nice walk to the Preserve for a stroll. „The view from the deck is unbeatable. The house is well-stocked and communication with Grant was pleasant and efficient. The quietness and slow pace allowed our family to reconnect. We truly enjoyed our stay. We also loved the fish and chips from the Beach Store Cafe and Bock’s Box coffee next to the cafe. “

„We had a terrific week with 8 adults and two toddlers at Sunny Lake Whatcom. Great large family room with amazing lake views and kitchen space for all to enjoy. Beds were fluffy and inviting. Safety gates were a huge added bonus. We rented a boat that was delivered directly to the dock. Had a great time on the lake and hanging out on the shoreline. Our hosts were super accommodating and timely with any questions!! “

„We loved our stay at the nest! Everything was so cute and cozy. There are so many small details in the home and outside that make it magical.There were five kids/teens in our party and they were in heaven! The loft was perfect for them and they loved having their own space out of reach from the adults. They loved the beach, especially low tide and exploring the tide pools. The tide was about -2 when we stayed and they thought the tide pools at the nest were more fun than some popular beaches ...

„This is a beautiful property with a great view! The house is beautifully decorated, outfitted and immaculate. Beach is easy to access but rocky. Just to Note: the king bedroom upstairs is an open loft—so great view from there but not private. The larger of the two queen bedrooms is downstairs adjacent to the gane room. Very roomy. The third bedroom is off the kitchen. Arrangement might be important to some but worked for us. The driveway in front of the house is extremely steep with no flat ...

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn, daher ist es sehr laut. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Dame am Empfang tat mir leid, weil sie sich mit einem pöbelnden Gast auseinandersetzen musste und mich gleichzeitig bedienen wollte. Das Zimmer war riesig, die Betten komfortabel, aber wir waren leider im Erdgeschoss und das Fenster ließ sich nicht abschließen, daher fühlten wir uns nicht so sicher. Insgesamt macht die Gegend einen positiven Eindruck."
