„Zum Royal Hotel gibt es zu sagen, dass vorallem die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren, wie überhaupt die meisten Menschen in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sehe gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr abgebunden, zum einen hat man die Möglichkeit zum Kay zu laufen und dort Busse in alle Richtungen zunehmen und zum andern kommt dierkt vor der Tür Stagecoach 21a vorbei welcher einen dierkt zur weiter Reise nach Barnstable an den Bahnhof bringt. (Man muss allerdings durch winken auf sich aufmerksam machen) ...

„Attended a wedding, food was amazing, staff very attentive, check in easy, it was so relaxing, what a lovely place, only one quibble i found the mattress uncomfortable so woudnt stay no more than a couple of nights, but the pillows where soft and comfy...Oh the tree Well done everyone!!!!“

„We had an overnight stay here for a friend's birthday and really enjoyed our stay , It's not the Ritz as some previous reviewers seemed to expect,but it was clean ,the guy on the reception was friendly and helpful and we managed to use the outdoor swimming pool.An ideal location for what we needed ,“

„Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! We will be returning again in the future.“
