I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. “

The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Highly recommended.“

„We had an overall very pleasant experience at this property. The inside is newly updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although could have used a can/bottle owner and cork screw.The beach access was very close by and an easy walk.The only slight drawback was that the ac unit was not able to really cool down the one bedroom back by the kitchen, due to the floorplan/layout of the walls. „We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups, ...
