He was very clear about expectations about our stay which at first was a little off-putting. Cooking no greasy food seemed a little much and had us wondering what was allowed. „The apartment interior was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The neighborhood reminded us of Dorcester/Boston with triple deckers and street parking. We never had to park more than a block away and were able to walk to a speakeasy, coffee and downtown Portland!! Took a trip north one day to Booth Bay Harbor- which was very quiet and peaceful in March. “

This was such a cute beach town, lots of quaint beach shops, great restaurants (including Johnny Schuck’s which totally changed my mind on lobster - if you stay here you have to get their lobster roll!), and of course the beach.
