„Keine warme Dusche, Personal reagiert nicht auf Beschwerden. Anonsten:Bett nicht gemacht, baulärm, kein Klopapier. Alles außer der kalten Dusche aber verschmerzbar. Außerdem wollte ich hiltob batumi buchen, würde aber auf Bellevue verlinkt. Und praktisch auch gelinkt. Bereits bei Expedia beschwert, aber das Computerprogramme hat mir nur unpassende Textbausteine zurück geschickt. (sollte es ein Mensch gewesen sein der mir da geantwortet hat ist er extrem unfähig!)“

„We only stayed for one night but loved the location and cleanliness. It’s a little hidden, but you just have to walk behind the Hilton to find it, it’s right next to the bank, and the lobby is on the 14th floor. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, so not too close, but also not far enough to need a taxi. „Even before our arrival, it was quite clear that the place might have some HR issues (no reply to emails, no english on the phone, completely ignored requests), uppon arrival we must say that the conditions were SHOCKING. in this hotel literally nobody will care about you to a point where it made us wonder, if this people are paid or on a strike. Additionally, the room stinked of the worst mouldy odor, the TV had literealy NOTHING working on it, on the window you could actually draw in the dust ...

„The apartment has a great location, friendly and attentive staff, and everything is new. However, the facilities are quite limited: there is no washing machine or clothes dryer, and the only appliances provided are a hairdryer and a kettle. Unfortunately, the floor in the room was very dirty upon arrival. Overall, a good location and helpful staff, but cleanliness and basic amenities need improvement.“
