„AC is loud, even when shut off. Only scarce breakfast because employee did not show up in the morning. Took long to get replacement in. No information or apology from receptionist or manager also not on checking out. “

„Booked two rooms for family, one of the room keys didn’t work very well, got it changed pretty quickly. One of the rooms’ bathroom showerhead didn’t work, the other bathroom had lots of white substance all over the shower, made it very uncomfortable to shower in. Hotel uses large refillable shampoo and conditioners, which is nice for an eco friendly standpoint, however, makes me nervous. Room was spacious and AC worked well. „It is easy to locate. There are several options fir eating nearby and shopping as well. Staff are very courteous. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious. Free breakfast was good. “

„I had to ask for towels. The ones I got were ragged and stained. I have better dog towels! The same could be said of the linens. The room smelled slightly of cat pee. The corners and grout were grubby. It was ok to sleep safely, so I stayed.“

„I would definitely stay here again. The TV in the room was terrible, but who goes on vacation to watch TV anyways? Quiet and convenient location. Harlows bar/ lounge is a secret hidden gem in Lawton. I've been to a lot of bars all over the country and Harlows has to be my favorite. Great atmosphere, great drinks and extremely friendly people. Very highly recommended.“
