Mignon House comprises of 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, 2 en-suite bathrooms & a third family bathroom.

Spread over four floors the house dates back to 1740 and boasts many original features giving a real feel for life in the Georgian City. In 2022, the square outside the house was used for the filming of Bridgerton.

The Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, Pump Rooms, Abbey, excellent restaurants and eclectic shops are all within a 5 minutes walk. The train station is only a 5-minute walk.

Mignon House is the most centrally located holiday home in Bath, yet tucked away in a tranquil square - Abbey Green. Bath is a compact city so everywhere is just a short stroll.

SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION: 6 Bedrooms , 3.5 Bathrooms

All the beds have pocket - sprung mattresses and are made with crisp super soft Egyptian cotton bed linen for a great night's sleep.

To maximize the flexibility of sleeping arrangements, single beds can be joined into super-king and comfortable futon beds can be provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

1st Bedroom: Two single beds (or super king) & 2 futons - sleeps 4

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds (or super king) & a futon -sleeps 3

3rd Bedroom: 1 single bed sleeps 1

4th Bedroom: Daybed and a single bed - sleeps 2

5th Bedroom: Two single beds (or super king) and a futon -sleeps 3

6th Bedroom: 3 Single beds and a futon - sleeps 4

IDEAL FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS GET TOGETHER

The spacious historic Living Room provides a delightful space for entertaining or a peaceful refuge and boasts a large library (many books on Bath), 50" smart TV. From the living room, you overlook the famous Plane Tree.

Next to the living room is the light Kitchen with a large dining table and all the equipment you should require for making a fine feast. Upto 16 chairs can be provided.

Sophisticated hen parties are welcome.
