The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.“

„One bedroom suite not as nice as Studio or a quiet. Front desk manager thought was super nice and accommodating! Rate was supposed to be adjusted from one night instead of 2 nights and not corrected by hotel? No onsite restaurant. “

„We stayed during a snow storm and it warm and cozy. I didn’t see a way to turn down the heat but we closed the vents which helped. TV was great and layout of furniture made it easy to watch. The kitchen was under equipped …if you want to cook you may need to bring a colander, crockpot or instant pot, large stock pot, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap with you. Shower is inside a claw foot tub so it’s awkward to use…don’t slip getting in and out. Stairs are steep getting up to the apartment.  ...

„Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.“
