Lovely one room barndominium - The Bastrop Barndo

✦ A modern, but cozy, 600-sq.-ft. Barndominium with full kitchen and bath, one king bed, living room, closet, Amazon, Netflix, Roku, and WiFi.

We’ve implemented Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines.

We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Vrbo.
We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.

We are close to a highway 71, for easy access in case you need to rush into town or to do other errands. Our past guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it is around here.

You have free parking in our property, and independent, locked keypad access to the barndo. The parking spot is in front of barndo with a 480 sq. ft. new concrete patio. You may use the patio & just the front of the yard from the barndo -- the way we see it, when you're here, you're family, and we hope you feel the same before you leave.

As for comfort, you can adjust the thermostat yourself.
We strive to keep the barndo as allergy free as possible so that future guests are confident they'll be comfortable when here. We prohibit smoking, e-cigarettes, incense, burning of candles, or anything else that will give the apartment a strong scent that might impact a future guest. We even strive to rent to non-smokers only, that way the particulates that cling to clothing can't be transferred to the couch, pillows, drapes, etc., and possibly affect future guests.

The garage on the property are used for storage and are off limits to the guest.

Ants, and mosquitoes are common in Bastrop, TX because of the climate. Please do not leave the doors/windows open to avoid these little creatures from coming indoors.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.

Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

We want you to enjoy our barndominium, We ask that our guest respect our place and take care of it while you are here.
Understand and please follow the typical house guidelines, Thank you!

1. No food or drinks in bedrooms.

2. Please respect check in and check out times
Late check-out is $50/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.

3. No wet towels on furniture.

4. No smoking inside the house is permitted, please use the designated area for smoking outside & use ashtray to throw away cigarettes buds in trash. if found, smoking or consuming drugs inside home there is $1000 fine.

5. No parties.

6. No candles are allowed.

7. Do not use premises for illegal substance.

8. A pet-friendly space, must add pets to the reservation or your reservation will be cancel automatically.

9. By making a reservation, you accept that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, on the property, whether inside or outside.

10. Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest  and reported to VRBO and unfortunately won't be able to book with us again.

Reasons to get terminated immediately and there will be no reimbursement:
Partying, trashing the place, exceeding the maximum capacity of guest without adding guests to the reservation, (including pets) Disrespecting our place, unfortunately will be ban to come back to our property.
