  • Die Villa Alamandra ist ein Einfamilienhaus am Turtle Beach mit 180-Grad-Blick auf die Karibik und die Schwesterinsel Nevis mit ihrem wunderschönen 300 Meter hohen Berg. Nevis 2 Meilen über dem Meer. Ein 2-minütiger Spaziergang bringt Sie zum schönen und abgelegenen Turtle Beach.

    Unser Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, Küche und Hauptschlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und sind mit schönen, hohen Gewölbedecken aus Naturholz ausgestattet. Die Veranda und der Pool befinden sich auf derselben Etage. Feinschmecker ausgestattete vollelektrische Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten in Originalgröße und Granitoberflächen. Genießen Sie die Aussicht beim Kochen auf der halbkreisförmigen Kücheninsel. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6-8.

    Alle Badezimmer sind mit maßgefertigten Waschtischen und Granitoberflächen ausgestattet. Alle 3300 Quadratfuß Bodenbeläge sind mit 18x18 importierten Travertinfliesen verkleidet. Großes Hauptschlafzimmer (King) und Bad sowie 2 große Gästezimmer (Queen), alle mit französischen Türen zur Veranda und Terrasse, Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren. Waschküche mit A / C. Das Wohnzimmer ist durch eine Glasschiebewand mit der überdachten Veranda verbunden.

    Wir befinden uns in den sehr exklusiven Turtle Beach Estates auf der südöstlichen Halbinsel. Wir sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Cockleshell Beach entfernt, wo Sie in ungezwungener Atmosphäre die Reggae Beach Bar und Grill, das Wassersport-Aktivitätszentrum und das Spice Mill Restaurant finden.

    Selbst der anspruchsvollste Gast würde unser Zuhause als exquisit und als unvergesslich empfinden. Hochzeitsreisende würden unsere romantische Umgebung und Lage lieben.

We had an amazing time at Villa Alamandra for our honeymoon! The property is amazing and has all of the amenities we needed. The pool was great for relaxing, and the property is very close to many amazing spots. We especially loved a short drive to the isolated Major’s Bay Beach with a shipwreck to snorkel at! The hosts were fantastic and made the process seamless for us. We will be back!

Our group of 6 had a fantastic week! The place is even better than the pictures. Fully stocked, great patio/pool/views, individual bedroom ACs, great restaurants and beaches nearby, and the nicest most responsive hosts. The monkeys never came onto the patio, but it was fun watching them in the far yard. Amazing place - we hope to return!

We spent almost the entire month of March at the beautiful Villa Alamandra. The home was as described and the view was absolutely beautiful. We've stayed in many rental homes and the view from this home surpassed everywhere we've ever stayed. It was so fun watching the monkeys while sitting on the veranda. They are very shy and didn't bother us at all. The home was clean and the communication with the owners excellent. The only thing I would like to mention is the walkability of the location. It really is only a short walk to Turtle Beach but the neighborhood very hilly and the roads are very narrow. Definitely a car is needed.

Like many previous reviews articulated, this house’ view is tremendously good value and a lovely, quiet place to spend a holiday. We never got tired of watching the beautiful ocean so close by along with the backdrop of Nevis. Dinners outside were wonderful and the house is as listed: large, clean, and the AC ran wonderfully in each room. An overall very comfortable, nice home with incredibly communicative hosts who checked in, offered advice, and tried to make all as smooth as possible. The only two small downsides/reality check (not the fault of the home) is that the nearest beach down below is absolutely not usable during the offseason. This may be evident to most but we were disappointed by the photos nearby. Ultimately, that is our naïveté but wish the nearby beach mentions had a disclaimer. The other is that the pool is much smaller than the photos make it seem. It’s for floating or standing, not swimming. No matter, there are beaches you can take a long walk to. A few restaurants that are solid (lobster fest nearby is a must on Friday’s). You’re also close to ferries to get to Nevis. A nice perk one should take advantage of.Great holiday!

Spectacular views!

We loved Villa Allamandra! There are spectacular views from the patio and pool area out into the ocean and across the channel to Nevis!We scuba dived, sailed and snorkelled - and the island of St. Kitts is beautiful!The owners were great with communication and the villa was very comfortable for 6 people.

This house was awesome. From the open floor plans on the main floor that expand directly out onto the veranda and infiniti pool with an absolutely remarkable postcard view of Turtle Bay and the volcano island Nevis. 3 nice rooms all with AC to make sure you sleep cozy too. The full kitchen was a blessing too, to help with easy meals in between island adventures and beach time. The main beach over by Reggae Beach Bar is fantastic. Beautiful blue and calm waters, with tons of additional water sports to add-on if you choose. The food there was very solid (highly recommend their blackened fish sandwich) and dont miss Lobster night on Friday evenings. The only issue on this trip were the amount of sargum algea blooms that completely desimated Turtle Bay Beaches themselves, which made them almost completely unuseable, but thats not the owners fault, and as we know Mother Nature bats .1000, but with Reggea Beach over in Cockshell Bay is just a quick & easy 12 min walk from the villa. All in all though, this villa was outstanding and my wife and I would gladly come back and stay here again!

Hillside villa

A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay

Wonderful Villa!

This was our second stay and it was just as spectacular the second time around. Unbelievable views from all rooms (including all three bedrooms). If you want a peaceful setting...this is the place for you. Would also recommend Ben & Nikki for a bucket-list sailing and snorkeling experience (captaincoconutstkitts@gmail.com).

great layout, great views, great location!

the property certainly was consistent with the pictures and representation in the listing - but I’d say the best part of this rental was the communication with the owners before and during the stay - they offered lots of recommendations, which were super helpful as we had not been to St Kitts before, and they were very responsive when I reached out at any point before or during the stay. I definitely recommend this property and owner.

The 5 star reviews are accurate, this property is exceptional. The house is clean, has a million dollar view and is very spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts. The hosts are very attentive and helped make our trip go smoothly. We will definitely be back.
