„The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is wonderful. Close to some great dining and outdoor activities. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.“

„I was there for my Birthday and the Hotel staff was so unfriendly Nobody answered my requested. Never ever expienved such a Bad Service from a Hilton Hotel. Worst ever“

„I was not impressed. The pool was very dirty on the surface. There were towels on the floor and no staff to be seen. The room was very dark with no good lights. The breakfast was complicated and the vouchers were not given to me on checkin. Also the shower was cold for the first 3 nights and i had to move room. There was no responsibility taken by management for the shower issue and i was told everything was ok. Manager was not seen at all during my stay“

„This place is nasty, none of the amenities worked because they was having technical difficulties. The staff is rude as hell. 0/10 never recommending“

„Good clean quiet room for the price , nice staff and good beds“

„This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!“
