„This property was perfect for my wife and I and was absolutely as advertised by the host, Gloria. It is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable while you enjoy Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way path and Ogunquit. „The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„Great location, great views of river and ocean, and an easy walk to anywhere on Shore Rd or Beach St. Also just a short walk to Marginal Way. Housekeeping forgot to sweep our unit and we swept up a big pile of beach sand when we first got there, but other than that oversight, the place was clean and comfortable, and location can’t be beat. “

„We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views ...

„we enjoyed our stay in cabin 7. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, the screened porch is great for enjoying an evening quiet time. Showers are very nice and have actual water pressure. i love the coffee area, since hubby and i dont always agree on coffee! The cabin was neat and tidy, and we were comfy with the A/C! This was our second stay in cabin 7 and will definately be back! “
