Mountain Springs is a stunning architect-designed home set among the dramatic escarpments of Kangaroo Valley. Located on 5 acres and just 15 minutes from Kangaroo Valley village, this single-story pavilion-style home offers breathtaking views from every room.

The home features exceptional entertaining spaces, including an alfresco courtyard with a BBQ, a large infinity mineral pool overlooking bushland and escarpments, and seamless indoor/outdoor living. High-end finishes include geothermal heating and cooling, Italian limestone throughout, and a gourmet kitchen with German appliances.

Mountain Springs sleeps 8 guests across four bedrooms. The master and second king bedrooms have ensuites, while the remaining king bedroom and twin-queen room share a bathroom. Every bedroom captures the surrounding views.

The main living area features floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a double-sided combustion fireplace, a dining area, and a butler’s pantry with wine fridge and coffee machine. Multiple smart TVs and complimentary WiFi are available (guests should bring their own streaming logins).

Outdoors, enjoy alfresco dining on the deck, a BBQ area with fireplace, expansive grassed areas, and the heated mineral pool. Please note there is an unfenced dam near the house.

Mountain Springs is private, tranquil, and ideal for a country retreat. Ducted heating, cooling, and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort. High-quality bed and bath linens, as well as pool towels, are provided. Parking is available in the garage and on the driveway (please avoid parking on the grass).
