„Great location and property “

„Great property and location one block away from the beach with plenty of bedrooms. Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. “

„ Clean, modern, cozy 2 bedroom. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms and living room each have a separately controlled wall unit for heat/ac so great for temp control. Pulled up next to front door to drop luggage off and parking available close by on the two streets on either side of the short block where house is located. Since it was January the area was quiet but appears it would be a less trafficked street even in the more busy summer season. Small open yard out front ...

„We were very happy with the spaciousness of the home. We had 15 people and it didn't feel like it, Between the 5 bedrooms, game room and the huge outdoor area we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. I gave the location 4 stars because we only wished it was closer to the beach. But for those who don't mind not being near the beach it's a nice, clean, quiet area. „The host communicated and met all concerns I had presented to him. Excellent communication! Our trip was a pleasure due to our wonderful stay here this past weekend for 3 nites. The home is very clean and efficiently equipped. The game room was a bonus especially with our busy kids. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. We already said we would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this host and home to all for a truly wonderful experience. “

„We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and ...

„The Property was roomy, comfy and Pet Friendly. No Ocean View but the Boardwalk to the Ocean was a 10-12 minute walk. I hope to be back in July!!“
