„It was great“

„Excellent customer service, room super clean, and breakfast a plus. Could have better selection of food but overall great“

„Gute Unterkunft, große Zimmer; etwas abgewohnt aber trotzdem ok mit gutem Frühstück. Zu empfehlen, wenn ein Auto vorhanden ist, da es etwas abgelegen ist.“

„Zimmerservice war tw. nachlässig. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir jeden Tag "nur" 2 Dollar Trinkgeld gaben? Klopapier hatten wir bspw. letzten Tag gar keines mehr.“

„Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was dated but the bed made up for all of that lol“

„Our room at the 7th floor was very nice and good located. The hotel makes a good impression right at entering. The staff is very helpful. The room had two problems - but it was our thing not to report them, as we don't wanted to be disturbed. Unfortunately a breakfast was not included, and there are not really option one can walk easy. Generally the location is very practical towards anything in east or west. We couldn't try out the pool because of the weather conditions. We would stay again.“

„Excellent“

Bad things: Our room was never cleaned/towels replaced without us asking throughout our stay. We had to ask for towels twice as the room service never came when ...

„Wir sind sehr gerne in den Motels dieser Kette und wurden auch hier nicht enttäuscht . Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank ! “

„Good“

„We've stayed here multiple times now for UCF events and it's consistently great. Staff is always nice and welcoming, the AM breakfast is lovely, and the property is always clean. Definitely recommend!“

„I traveled for 5 hours and arrived in the hotel around 10:25pm. The staff told me that they were fully-booked. However, the staff told me that if I was willing to wait, the maid would clean my room and I had to wait 30-60 minutes. My room was ready after 30 minutes. He also told me that he would give me a refund if I wanted to. I was upset and tired.“

„I stayed with my family at this hotel for 25 days. The room was good and clean, but a butt smaller that a equivalent room a Marriot's Residence Inn. WIFI was fast enough and a complimentary business room with PC and printer was also available 24/7. The included breakfast was rich and offers each different dishes each day. Only the availability from Monday through Friday was a little bit annoying: 6-9am. No way to sleep in late. The Saturday/Sunday was slightly better, 7-10am. On Mon - Thu they ...
