The house is spread over two stories and is beautifully decorated.
On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming hall with a desk, a homely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows.
To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the house is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze,
The terrace has a table and chairs, making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining or savouring a morning coffee.
Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover three comfortable bedrooms designed to provide a restful night's sleep. A well-appointed bathroom serves this level, offering convenience and comfort for the entire household.
The first bedroom has a single bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
The house offers outdoor parking right in front of the property, which is convenient for car travellers.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
