Wake up to ocean views at Arenas Negra, your private beachfront villa in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico. Spend the day in the oceanfront infinity pool, take the private staircase down to the black-sand beach, and gather on the rooftop terrace around the fire pit.

Your reservation includes the entire villa, all four bedrooms, the pool, and the rooftop for up to 12 registered guests. These spaces are exclusive to your group, with every bedroom available regardless of guest count.

FOUR BEDROOMS FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS
• Main suite: king bed, private oceanfront balcony, and dedicated workspace
• Bedroom 2: queen bed, full-size bunk bed, and private TV
• Bedroom 3: queen bed and full-size bunk bed
• Bedroom 4: full-size bed and a private game lounge with two chairs and a wall-mounted TV

There are three full bathrooms with showers, all private to your booking. The upstairs bathroom serves two bedrooms. There are no bathtubs. The main suite is the only bedroom with its own balcony and ocean view.

SPACE TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER
The open living area has panoramic ocean views and a 100-inch TV. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and gather at the dining table, which seats up to 10. The rooftop offers lounge seating, a fire pit, BBQ, hammocks, and a picnic table.

COMFORTS FOR A LONGER STAY
A/C in every room, Starlink internet, a dedicated workspace, backup generator, washer and dryer, and private parking for two vehicles. A complimentary travel crib is available for little ones.

BEACH ACCESS AND LAYOUT
The villa entrance is at ground level without stairs. This is a multilevel home, with stairs to upper areas, the rooftop, and the beach. Ocean conditions vary along the north coast, so swimming and water activities depend on conditions during your stay.
